As  Good  As  It  Gets 

The Homestead has private road access with electronic TV monitored gates, Phone, 2 clothes driers, washing machines, 3 TVs, Playstation, fireplace, Barbeque, patio heater. Park and launch your own boat from the front of the section - up to 18' boat. Small aluminium dinghy provided. Fish from rocks alongside ramp. Schnapper, John Dory, Kahawai, Gurnard, crayfish, cockles, general shellfish. All within 30 metres of foreshore. Launch boat, lay set lines, boat to "Water Front Cafe," tie up at jetty, breakfast, return to pick up fish and prepare for lunch.

Does it ever get any better? We don't think so.

This is as good as it gets.
